The big day is finally here!!
Wyatt and Lucy are 12!!!
These are the new clothes Wyatt wanted.
His $15 socks haven't arrived yet :(
Lucy got a new pink running watch and a karaoke kit for the ipad.
Lucy had the 'gold group' girls slumber party but first they ran a local 5k.
Get them nice and tired, right?
Wyatt had his swim buddy Will over and they also ran.
Wyatt won the whole thing in about 19 minutes. CRAZY!
And they are off!!
Here is Wyatt finishing the race. He was so far ahead of everyone we had to tell the announcer that he was coming.
Ted met us at the race with pizza and Eegees (no pic) and we had a picnic in the parking lot.
We then went to Target for a scavenger hunt. I thought it would take all the teams about 15 minutes but it lasted an hour.
Finally we went hope for 'cake'. A giant tower of homemade ice cream sandwiches.
The house all ready for the party!
This might not end up being the pic of the day but Suzie was the first asleep at the birthday party.
